I love the month of May – so many flowers are in bloom.  I even updated my hair to have that easy-peasy curly freedom that is in the air.  Of course, along with the flowers what may come are the physical symptoms.  They don’t just affect us, but our pets too.  Their stomachs, like ours, can also be affected by these elements in the air.

Something I like to do with my clients is to review the ingredients in their food.  I find that pets do not eat what their body rejects.  With my client, we review the first five ingredients and I use my pendulum to show me “yes” or “no” when I ask if it is good for the pet’s body.  Their bodies change over time, various brands also change their formulas over time.  Even our bodies go through changes and sensitivities. I do this with my own body if I have a reaction to a meal, listing out as many of the ingredients and muscle testing with the pendulum.

Our pets can take on some of our physical and emotional symptoms.  Worrying so much about them and forgetting about ourselves as with my recent client.

"When mom is upset, I get upset too.  I take on her emotions and physical issues so it’s not so bad for her.  I love her so much.  I don’t want her to have to go through so much."

I know mom would love to have you back to yourself, but there is also the change in your food.  Is that what is contributing to your tummy issues?

"Yes, I don’t like this new food.  It doesn’t feel good in my stomach."

I will check with Mom on the ingredients so we can see how we can improve your physical body functions.  What about your emotions?  How can Mom help you have less stress and anxiety?

"Please ask Mom not to worry about the neighbor.  Tell her she is not in control of her, but she is allowing her to affect her. I would like Mom to do something to create calm in herself, like sitting in a quiet space, closing her eyes and breathing."
(I suggest meditation and yoga.)

"When mom is calm, I will be too. I love Mom and would never be mad at her.  I know she does what she feels is best for me.  I love to go outside and roll in the grass in the sun.  I like to be inside and sit in the sunny spots too.  The sun gives me healing energy and I use that to help mom too."

Is there anything else you want to tell your mom?

"Please tell Mom to take care of herself as well as she does me.  She worries so much about me and in turn, I get worried about her.  Maybe we can somehow stop this cycle?  Start by doing good stuff for you and once we get my tummy set, we can just relax and do what we do like we did before."

Thank you, sweetie.

"Thank you for talking with me and for the good stuff for Mom to do for herself."

Our pets have so much wisdom to share.
