March reminds me of spring and flowers, walking in open fields as a child, before the building of all the homes around us. Sometimes reminding myself how lucky I am for my health and happiness is the best thing to do for my mental health. A recent client’s message from her pet who had crossed over was very appropriate for me too.
"What is missing in your life that you can do for yourself? Where would you like to visit? Imagine yourself there and if it brings a smile, make plans to visit. What activities make you smile? Do those activities.
Allow yourself the child-like wondering, questioning – why, who, where, what? Not in a critical or negative manner, but in a curious and wonderment sense. Follow your dreams, and go into the crystal caves of wonderment of nature. Bathe in the energy of the natural wonders of the world. Your energy needs the bolster, and those places need to be energized with your energetic being. Go with friends or make new ones along the way.
You are a loving being who deserves to be surrounded by other loving beings – two-legged, four-legged, winged, or in the sea. Wherever, with whoever you choose. Bring smiles and laughter into your heart. Seriousness and worry for loved ones have its place in this world, but you don’t have to carry that with you 24/7. The path for you is you and your lightness, loving and caring for yourself. Have fun, life is about fun and smiles. Time to remember what brought you joy as a child and be the child again."
Doesn’t that sound like a great way to look at life? I think so.
